Guide to Associate of Baubles Super Adventure Box achievement

Have you played the Adventure Box yet? And what baubles have you collected now? Here we will give you some useful tips to gain more achievements. As we know, Guild Wars 2 Associate of Baubles achievement can be completed in Zone 1 Sunny Glade, at this area, you must collect all the baubles inside, but the baubles that can be gained via breakable items inside shops do not count, and you do not need to go inside shops to break jars and stuff.

There are two shops counts as Hidden rooms, and for finding the other hidden rooms you’ll need mini bombs, which you can purchase at the entrance of Zone 2 and Zone 3.

If you don't have the mini bombs, you can buy from us directly, or you can buy some Guild Wars 2 gold to get one in the auction house. No matter how, we will be glad to provide you.

At Zone 1 - Sunny Glade, you should first enter the checkpoint 1, and gain the bauble which is on top of tree (+1). The next bauble is inside the chest near waterfall (+1). When you entered into the first hidden room, you'll find the third bauble which is behind the waterfall (+5). Then come to the second hidden room. The forth bauble is on the left of the checkpoint 1 (+5).

At the checkpoint 1 to 2, you will be happy to discover that there are four baubles on the left atop the trees filled with monkeys (+4). You need to kill these monkeys or brought from store to obtain the key which you need it to open the chest. After opening the chest, you'll surprise to find that one bauble with 20 points are inside the chest, and a +5 bauble just on the ledge below. That's so incredible! What's more, there are twenty baubles inside the hidden room 4 right before the checkpoint.

While in the checkpoint 3 to 4, three blue baubles (+1) and one green bauble (+5) is inside the maze with the Queen Beedogs. As the maze is hidden in side the first corner after you cross the checkpoint 3. It may help to run to the end of the maze and then jump on top of it to look down on the baubles. Remember that there are four baubles inside the maze. And an open area with Queen Bee Dog is behind the maze. Once you defeating her, you will give access to Guild Wars 2 item her honeycomb, which can be destroyed for baubles. These baubles are not required for the achievement but if you feel like having some extra baubles, they are there. At last, a green bauble just before the checkpoint 4.

Finally, at the checkpoint 4 to 5, you will need to jump over the gap at the checkpoint 4 is a series of 3 baubles. Don't walk too fast; a bauble with +10 baubles is in the area right by a corner of the secret room 6.

Yeah, that's all the baubles in Zone 1, go to defeat the cage guarding the chest; you will get the Associate of Baubles achievement.

GW2 Dev blogpost to detail modifications to the Guild Mission system in March patch

In the new dev blogpost titled Guild Missions: A Good Foundation, Anthony Ordon detailed some of the upcoming changes to the Guild Mission method in the March 26 patch.

Last month we rolled out our new guild missions, open-world content particularly produced with guilds in mind. That was just the beginning. We developed guild missions as a platform feature. It wasn't enough to simply add quite a few content for guilds to play gw2 gold after which call it done, we wanted to construct the groundwork for future teams so they may prolong and enhance guild missions with relative ease.

Even though the guild content team is much smaller now, all of our preceding members are now a part of those future teams, where they will be... you know, influencing the outcomes of those assignments. So while the guild content team is exceptionally happy to bring you this month's update, we are most definitely thrilled that even if we stopped working on guild missions today, this would be just the very first morsel of a lot of delicious guild updates to come.

New Mission Type: Bounty Hunt Training

1 of the most exciting fundamentals of the guild mission feature is our ability to add 100% new sorts of missions. And while the sky's the limit on what these new varieties could be, this month we set our sights on something much closer to the ground level: the Bounty Hunt training mission.

This mission is created to provide minimal and casual guilds with an avenue for accessing & unlocking guild content. The objective is uncomplicated: defeat one bounty target inside fifteen minutes. Make no mistake, this is nonetheless rather much a group activity, as tracking and defeating even a single bounty is no trivial job. Those Guild Wars 2 gold players who belong to a 1-person guild might still are compelled to join forces with quite a few other players for at least a confined run.

An important detail to note is that the Bounty Hunt coaching mission is automatically accessible to be built once the guild has researched Art of War Level 3. It expenses 300 Guild Influence and 72 hours of investigation time. Rather than Guild Merits, 3000 Guild Influence will be rewarded. This ought to be perfect for the smaller or less active guild that can't earn at least 1000 Influence a day.

3 New Guild Bounty Targets

The Tyrian authorities are content to report that guilds are hunting down hundreds of bounties every day. Yet the nefarious criminals of Tyria haven't been deterred, and now they're hitting back challenging. This month we are bringing you three new bounty hunt targets that are more insidious, more deadly, and more elusive than ever before. Take a check out this bit of intel, if only so you are not caught entirely off guard once you need to adapt your method:

two-MULT - This defective prototype weather golem has been storming around Timberline Falls. Target demands to be brought in for a software patch.
Huge Mayana - This voracious hylek is wanted for questioning about a recent poisoning. Target is thought to have taken refuge in the canopy of Sparkfly Fen.

Yanonka the Rat-Wrangler - This rogue ogre is wanted for spying on & sabotaging various factions vying for control of the Fields of Ruin. Target is notorious for making use of pet rats to do her dirtiest work.

New Rewards

Extending guild missions is not limited to just content. We aim to boost rewards as well. To that end, a completely new set of weapons has been commissioned & made accessible at the Guild Commendation vendor.

Aside from new content and minor bug fixes, we are also making as a good deal of incremental improvements to the usability of Guild Missions in general. I.e., mission activation, success, and failure are now displayed within your guild's history. We've also updated the descriptions of loads of bounty hunt targets for accuracy. Stay tuned for more to come in this department.

We'll see you in-game!

What one modify would you make to GW2?

Okay, bear with me on the truth that this has likely appeared before on Guru as a topic of discussion. I did do a few light browsing with the honorable intention of bumping a similar subject!

The horrible truth is I was compelled by primal desires to create an account here as I am psychologically starved of my already incubated addiction to GW2 (Damnable BWE's!), and I thought I would make an exercise of getting familiar with this board by generating a subject while also slightly alleviating my GW2 withdrawal jitters. Holy run on sentence, Batman!

The one factor I would change: This really is difficult as I would like to make PvP gear as accessible as PvE gear is (no random chest content grind), as I see that as an essential concern, Still more than that I would LOVE it if we could follow a more evily aligned story-line for our characters that still somehow tied us into slaying dragons (as it must), on the other hand would permit for a fun, more dynamic approach. Effectively I would thoroughly enjoy if we Could join the "evil" outcast factions of each race.

So far I wish that we had access to more abilities, in distinct the utility skills. You have 5 weapon skill slots, & five utility skill slots, although 2 of those are as a rule going to be used up by a heal skill and your elite; leaving you with only 3 slots to work with. This really is a situation to me due to the fact there are a fairly considerable volume of utility skills, and in pvp you will more than likely must take at least one stun breaker, lowering your choices down to 2. Take Necromancer i.e., factors like Corrupt Boon and Epidemic are so excellent, and such a potent niche for the class given how much hinges on boons and conditions in this Guild Wars 2 gold game, that they seem pretty much like a given. Throw in Spectral Armor, & all of your choices are already made for you. Granted, this is just speculation and theorycraft as I've never played a Necro. Three skill slots just seems to be too couple of, it need to be five, on top of 1 slot for a heal and one elite skill slot.

The best way to get Guild Wars 2 to use files on DVD for initial installation

After one or two months/weeks of indecision (& playing Star Wars: The Old Republic), I purchased Guild Wars 2 today. Physical box copy. Excitedly I popped the first DVD in the drive, ran the setup, and was rather taken aback by the game installer 100% ignoring the +-14GB worth of info on the DVDs, & basically starting to download the full game client. All 233000 files of it. Yuck. I attempted quite a few items however eventually managed to get the GW2 gold game to agree to use the files from the DVDs as at least a starting point, and then patching the +-6 months worth of patches, bringing the download count down to only about 80000 files. Here's how:

Start up the DVD installer and let it download the first bit, restart itself, & allow you to pick where to install the game to. You've likely gotten this far already.

Exit the installer.
Use explorer to browse to the 1st DVD and copy the Gw2.js0 & Gw2.js1 into a temporary folder.
Do the same for Gw2.js2 & Gw2.js3 on the second DVD.
I did the following on an Ubuntu server to incorporate these 4 files into a single file:
cat Gw2.js* > Gw2.dat

If you are a Linux user, you'll know how/what to do to get the files to your server in the very first place, I won't go into that here.

The equivalent steps in Windows would be:
Use Explorer to navigate to the folder where you copied the files to.
Keep the Shift key on your keyboard in & right-click anywhere on the white part of this window
On the resulting popup menu, decide upon "Open command window here"
Type the following command & press ENTER.
copy /b Gw2.js* Gw2.dat

I attempted the above COPY command on my Windows machine, although it took forever, consequently doing it on the Ubuntu server. I cannot confirm 100% that this "cp /b" command works for this purpose, however I'm fairly confident it should. Can anybody confirm?

The point is, what I'm doing above is combining the 4 DVD install files into a single Gw2.dat file, & "seeding" the installation process with those files. Like the installer ought to have done in the first place.

Now, you need to copy the resulting Gw2.dat file into your C:Program FilesGuild Wars 2 folder - you could just open a 2nd Explorer window, & drag & drop the file into the Guild Wars 2 folder. Windows will in all probability complain about administrator rights, agree to let the file copy, and overwrite the silly temporary file that was there.

That is it. Once you run Guild Wars 2 now, the game will realize that it already has a big percentage of the game files already, & only download the differences. Which from what I can tell, at time of writing this, is about 7GB worth of data. That is a little better than the full 16GB of data. Please feel zero cost to let me know if this worked for you? PS. I suspect the Guild Wars 2 gold game installation might "work appropriately" if you are not connected to the net once you start the installer up, as it will not know that there's a newer version out there, so will just use the DVDs in the first place. I may be inaccurate though, I didn't try this.

New additions to GW2 will make the game more complicate?

Has Guild Wars 2 become too complicated? That is a question while Forbes gives us an answer to it. Because they have had an interview with Isaiah Cartwright, GW2's lead designer, which talked about the dungeons and currencies, and most recently, the addition of the guild system.

ArenaNet has been adding a lot of reward systems to give Guild Wars 2 gold players more goals and achievements to accomplish. Such as the daily system, currencies and new dungeon type called the Fractals of the Mist were added into GW2.

When asked why they've added so many additions to the GW2 gold game, Cartwright explained that: "We didn't want to get into a gear-grind scenario, so what we did be adding a new tier rarity called 'Ascended items.’ We wanted to add a step in there to insure that people had a lot to do."

Cartwright also addressed how the team is catering to guild content, saying that ArenaNet wants to improve smaller guilds more able to compete on the influence gathering area.

Maybe most of our players may concerning about the question that will GW2 become too complicated because of added so many additions, Cartwright said that: "I want us to slow down on the number of systems that we're adding and polish up and clean up the ones that we have added so they're easier to understand, with better UI for them, those types of things, that'll be some of the stuff that we're focused on in the future."

Dynamic events - what am I doing incorrect?

Hey guys, I'd like to ask veteran GW2 gold players about dynamic events. Basically, I just purchased the game and jumped right in with my guardian. I was looking forward for those dynamic events that appear as you run around, they advertise it like "you just run around & quests pop up around you".

My char is lvl 12 now & up to this point I only met about 3 or 4 boss mobs (no genuine events, just kill the guy) & two caravans to defend. The rest of the time I am just running towards the empty heart on the map & when I get near I kill like 20 mobs, get the heart completed and move on.

So far this will not appear at all like what is advertised or what folks say about it (in critiques & stuff). Does it get better as you progress? Or need to I do something distinctive to get those events? Thanks

I would also say that you will need to remain till the end of the event.
oftentimes things take place after the event "appears" over.

My most notable example was that I entered a cave where several troll had been kicked out by many enemy (cannot bear in mind what they were).

There were two other players there other than myself. we cleared the cave out plus the Guild Wars 2 gold players took off. All of the while the troll was giving dialogue and walking toward the back of the cave. once he reached it he "did something" and a rock panel moved aside & there was a chest there with a reward.

Having stated this, I must admit that the flow of the game doesn't appear to be for me as I do not appear to get enough events & I'm not honestly thinking of repeating hearts ad nauseum. I more often than not find myself way into an vicinity that is too high for me and I are inclined to get killed. Not a poor thing but after a while I type of just figure "I'm lost" and log out.

Also once you figure out the system like mentioned above stick around the NPC & follow him since plenty of the time events chain...if the npc becomes a vender then its safe to assume that event is over for now...also events trigger in countless methods.. Few are honestly timed..many start by you or somebody interacting with a npc or start from a last event finishing..stuff will rather much take place around you in the event you just go off & explore.. Gotta remember the DE strategy does not hold your hand as much as traditional mmo questing..

Paid Tournaments for Guild Wars 2 Coming to an End

A new post has been posted on Guild Wars two site to announce that paid PvP tournaments will be replaced with gratis ones coming with the February 26th patch. Free Tournaments will be available in 1-round and 3-round formats for GW2 gold players, with the winning team in a 1-round tournament receiving a reward chest. Any unused Tournament Tickets can be redeemed for special reward boxes from a Ticket Merchant NPC.

1 of the factors we at first introduced Paid Tournaments was to create a place for hyper-competitive, specifically proficient players to find matches with other Guild Wars 2 gold players of comparable skill, leaving the Zero cost Tournament method available for more casual competitive play. However, now that we have a ratings and matchmaking approach in-place that matches players of similar skill levels, we have decided that the ticket cost barrier-to-entry of Paid Tournaments is no longer necessary.

Guild Wars 2 does away with paid PVP

The system that once had Guild Wars 2 players pay to enter PvP tournaments has been removed in today's patch to usher in a more conventional matchmaking method.

The 2nd update to the Fire and Frost line of game patches brings a new PvP map, new guild missions plus the continuation of the game's lore. GW2 gold players no longer want to pay to enter PvP tournaments leaving a single or 3-round matchmaking service obtainable to all. Tickets previously accumulated to permit access to the older paid tournaments can now be traded-in for reward chests at the usual ticket vendors.

"1 of the factors we at the beginning introduced Paid Tournaments was to create a place for hyper-competitive, exceptionally adept players to find matches with other players of comparable skill, leaving the Gratis Tournament program accessible for more casual competitive play," - Tyler Bearce - ArenaNet.

The choice will hopefully encourage more PvP play throughout the community as newer Guild Wars 2 gold players can now practice without forking out money.

Q&A with Colin Johanson

Question about custom chat channels.
Colin: Something that we can do that will help communication across communities is critical.

Question about addition functionality with the commander book.
Colin: Honestly there will be. That is on the list of stuff that we're not working on currently, although down the road that is we definitely want to make that more involved, more stuff that you could do as a commander. That's the kind of stuff that is honestly anything you guys can picture that is robust community supporting tools - those are the types of items that we really need to do this year to make it less difficult to play with other folks, coordinate with other people. The more of that we can do, it's just better for the game.

So you'd like to get as much as that done this year as attainable?
Colin: Yeah, if we genuinely can I think that weblog post I did earlier this year was kind of trying to set the table for expectations of what we're going to do this year. It is a lot less of opening new zones and factors like that along with a lot more of, let's take the core of the Guild Wars 2 gold game & try to make that as solid as we perhaps can & construct on that and make that a lot better for the reason that there's a lot room for improvement in that & I think that we've got to focus on that.

Question on the commander book being character bound rather than account bound. Any possibility of that changing?

Colin: I do not in fact know. I asked the WvW team about that & they had several excellent causes why [...], for getting to know who the commander is & they do not want that notion where if you have got 20 characters on your account & you login with each one as a distinct commander - they honestly want individuals to get to know & recognize a specific commander. That was the reason why they made them character specific. If that were to modify, if it started to become less key for a commander to be a known name that folks recognize and follow, that may be distinctive, but I think that is the main reason behind that - so that you genuinely get to know someone & know that name.

Verdict on Guild Wars 2's innovations

Every MMO evolves the genre as a entire, adding to the ever progressing game-play of MMO. A number of may argue that MMO have been advancing rather slowly since WoW but we've got to nonetheless take a moment to appreciate them.

GW2 for 1 expanded on quite one or two sectors without in essence changing the core MMO mechanics.

I'd like to hear what your thoughts are on the following suggestions and no matter whether they could find themselves in future MMOs.

-Dynamic Events
-No holy trinity
-Dodge program
-Downleveling
-Capabilities defined by Weapons
-Combo Fields
-Downed State (most likely connected to "no holy trinity")
-Multi-Guild approach
-GW2s take on RvR
-Skill & Create process
-sPvP "Lobby"
-Cosmetic progression
-and so on.

feel free to add more if you can think of any. Just make certain it's a proper concept, not just something isolated.

Dynamic Events are something that really sets GW2 apart from other MMOs. While your are not honestly doing anything distinct on a root level I do find them a lot more engaging and natural than grinding quests. I love just being able to wonder about & participate in content without having to chase down NPCs. For me they're a definite step up from classic quests and even more appropriate for an MMO.
Verdict: Fantastic, hope to see more in the future.

I think the Holy Trinity is something that was never in essence flawed. it had pros & cons. GW2 showed that you could make a splendid and engaging game even without it. I will admit that it seemingly makes combat a bit more shallow and less tactical though that is no necessarily as a result of the absence of the holy trinity. What I will say though that it did add a lair of class interdependence which is sadly missing in GW2.
Verdict: Works, although combat feels shallower.

Dodging is a core mechanic of GW2's combat. And I think it's great. It makes combat feel a lot more dynamic & "skillful" in spite of the comparatively couple of volume of combat skills. It adds a lair of "twitch" reflexes which more statics MMOs are sadly lacking.

Verdict: Great fun, hope to see more Guild Wars 2 gold games with dynamic combat.

Downleveling is a awesome method to keep all of the content relevant. Envision how much content WoW would have if it had such a downleveling process in place. Certain, a number of men and women like to solo outdated stuff although I find that a real niche activity along with a poor argument for withholding such a technique. It also makes playing with friends a lot more engaging since you are not immensely overpowered.
Verdict: Will hopefully grow to be a de facto common in future MMOs.

Maybe not a genuine innovation having said that and intriguing take on a skill system having your weapon define a part of your skill set. It also makes more sense that a weapon would use one of a kind attacks than an additional. I may effortlessly see future MMOs adapt similar systems although they might not make it such an integral part of the game.

Verdict: Nice and I could merely see it in future games.

Combo fields were supposed to be the "group play" mechanic in game plus the principal way in which men and women may assistance each other. It was supposed to give the rather available combat a number of much needed depth. And while the strategy works, the effects aren't meaningful adequate to add something to the game. It's a fantastic concept...just poorly implemented.
Verdict: Conceptually good though demands considerable improvement.

Downed State is a mechanic directly tied to the removal of a the holy trinity. Sadly it turns the entire Guild Wars 2 gold game into something of a rezz war as well as having a lot of questionable design alternatives. Players having three occasions their common HP in downed state , the speed at which folks can heal each other, the "fun factor" and the implications on both PvP & PvE are just poor. This is a feature I wouldn't miss & I think GW2 would be a better game without it.
Verdict: I can see why they implemented it, nevertheless pretty much everything about it's inaccurate.

Multi-Guilds are laregly a failed concept for the reason that they do not comprehend the impression of a guild. A guild is a social commitment (or is supposed to be) & as such goes against the concept of having multiple guilds at once. The reward method doesn't play well into it either. This together with the lack of overall guild features shows the Devs never really "got" guilds in MMOs.
Verdict: Proves lack of understanding of guilds as a complete in MMOs.

World vs. World is GW2's take on large scale RvR combat. As such it has only genuinely succeeded in one area, and that's it is appeal to more casual players. While that's quite a feat in itself, the WvW combat is rather stale and repetitive. Maps are too small, zerging to prevalent & Player vs. Door seems to be 80% of the combat. It feels more akin to Battlefield 3 than RvR.
Verdict: Well meant but simply not "epic".

I like the interchangeability & inherent flexibility of the skill program. It also makes balancing easier as it is easy to switch out underpowered abilities. But it also implies your build hardly matters in PvE as lengthy as you adapt. Understanding what capabilities are advantageous in which encounter becomes more key than actual skillful play. I'm not confident.....nevertheless nothing genuinely stands out here.

Verdict: Nothing special honestly as the flexibility has upsides and down-sides.

The best way to make players re-explore the world of Guild Wars 2?

The process which most impressed me is the new achievement procedure in the recent Guild Wars two, the new system lately exposure is nonetheless not online.

I think that ArenaNet is rather brilliant in coping with many troubles in games such as the contents. It has make the greatest benefit of the game and players can reap the rewards once they're doing the contents. And a lot of players ignore a scenario that is how a lot of contents in the Guild Wars 2 gold game between twenty - sixty level. The Level range has ensured the fun content in every moment. That is so fun, but not just because of welfare.

I saw a few workers have been discussing that whether the game with low exploration enthusiasm is on account of the poor reward. For me, it is likely to be the greatest reason. ArenaNet has created a strategy which players will be in a position to delight in fun and then you will be return to any level vicinity, although they must be punished by lowering the rate of reward and cut drop.

If ArenaNet has ready for the every day process, & when the reward system mysterious gw2 gold first appeared, we will see the Guild Wars two daily job will be better.

Guild Wars 3 with Unreal Engine 4? NCsoft has already licensed

NCsoft, the publisher of Guild Wars 2, has announced that it has acquired the license the Unreal Engine 4, the new engine from Epic Games. Guild Wars 3 will take advantage of this technology? Currently there is no official confirmation.

NCsoft has acquired a license to use the Unreal Engine 4. The company, famous for publishing Guild Wars 2, did not disclose which games taking advantage of the new engine, Epic Games, but of course all the fans have immediately thought of the Guild Wars franchise, the flagship company.

"The Unreal Engine 4 engine is a very intriguing, can provide unprecedented efficiency and performance. We plan to publish our best game of all time with the standard engine and the new cutting-edge tools of Unreal Engine 4" said James Bae, a senior NCsoft.

In the past the company has used the Unreal Engine 2 for Lineage 2 and Unreal Engine 3 for Blade & Soul, a Korean MMORPG coming in the West. For now it is still too early to tell if Guild Wars 3 will take advantage of the new engine, Epic Games, but the news of the acquisition of the license is hope.

Meanwhile, there's other news related to the latest version of the engine from Epic, specifically from Phosphor Games, the studio responsible for Horn and The Dark Meadow, two games for iOS. The developers have announced that they are working on their most ambitious project ever, Awakened Project that will be based just on Unreal Engine 4.

The development of this Guild Wars 2 gold game was six years ago when it was still called Hero. Midway would have to prepare for publication, but the closure of the company has thrown the title in the so-called limbo. In the meantime, the team at Phosphor Games has not been idle in his hand and after publishing two high-profile games for iOS devices now wants to complete work on Hero / Project Awakened started years ago.

The peculiarity of this game is the ability to create from scratch their own superhero with numerous powers, abilities, and customization options. For example, you can choose to become invisible, to transform your skin in hard rock, to move at super-sonic speed, to enchant NPCs to fight for your side and much more.

To support the project developers have launched a campaign funding on Kickstarter. The goal is to reach 500 thousand dollars to make a single player game. If donations were to exceed the amount of 800 thousand U.S. dollars, the development team will also include support for the mod, but with a million dollars the game will also include a competitive multiplayer mode.

Awakened Project currently has convinced almost 4,000 users, who donated 135 thousand dollars to finance the GW2 gold game. The campaign to support developers will last until March 6. Give him a chance?

Trying to find GW2 below $20

Seeking to pick up this game for4 Under 20 bucks or a lil over. Not willing to pay more than $25 since i dont htink its worth that.

I'm not certain what you're aiming at by posting this. Are you seeing if anybody knows of a stunning deal?

As it stands, GW2 is in all probability 1 of the few Guild Wars 2 gold games that is worth a good deal more than it is original box price; the volume of content within it alone is worth thrice the price of the box, and quite possibly ten occasions more if you are used to console games that only last a couple hours.

It's a matter of private taste on whether you will truly experience it all, but there need to be little doubt that the value is there and worthy of many recognition in my personal opinion.

Be conscientious when you get....there are Plenty of scammers out there trying to find people just like you who are looking for a "bargan".

You are better off coughing atleast 40-50. Not a large number of men and women would steep beneath 30 for a game that is 60 and no sub fee afterall unless they were conning you.

I personally say either get the full game for atleast 40 or higher or not at all. Afterall, for the same original fee you get 4 months of a $15 sub, a year of $5 sub, & if you do not like it go ahead & shelve it like me until something substantial comes your way that eyes your fancy. Or wait a longer time after which you could potentially find somebody willing to shell out the game for a $20.

You are not going to find the gw2 gold game by means of official sources for $20 until after an expansion launches. Sometime after that, you could be able to pick up the original game for $20, but that will not give you the expansion with it.

Should you find a site claiming to sell new copies for $20, then it's possibly a scam. In case you try to get a "used" account for $20, then it is buyer beware, and do not be too shocked or blame ArenaNet should you get scammed.

'Guild Wars 2' - 5 Approaches An Expansion Pack Might Make The Game Even Better

I've grown increasingly fond of ArenaNet's new MMORPG Guild Wars two.

It is develop into quite an addicting pastime, in essence, with all of the myriad ways you could method the gw2 gold game.

Nonetheless, there are several points I'd like to see added to the game, which has gotten me thinking concerning the inevitable expansion pack.

Here are five points I'd like to see added to Guild Wars 2 if and when we see that expansion.

1. New Weapons & Weapon Archetypes

Guild Wars 2 uses a one of a kind weapon leveling process. For each weapon you use, you can unlock many moves dependent on whether it is your main hand or secondary weapon or a two-handed weapon.

Regrettably, there aren't that a number of distinct kinds of weapons.

You do get better and better weapons as you enter more hazardous terrain, but the simple few archetypes remain the same, & they're limited by which class you happen to play - which is fine, except that there just are not that many weapon categories to commence with. This indicates you level up all your weapon abilities pretty quickly.

The very first expansion pack for Guild Wars 2 need to introduce a host of new weapon archetypes. Off the top of my head, I'd like to see Rapiers, Pole-Axes, Katanas, Flails, & Crossbows, however I think if we sat down & iterated for a bit we may come up with quite quite a few more.

2. Playable Tengu

The bird-people you encounter in Tyria, the Tengu, look remarkable. The very first time I spotted 1 I thought instantly, this must be a playable race.

In the very first expansion to Guild Wars 2 gold, new races will need to be introduced, plus the Tengu must most certainly be 1 of them.

Since Tengu eat raw meat, this could also lead to several interesting crafting options.

I envisage a new starting location, new further-level areas, & new classes would accompany any new supplementary races as well.

Guild Wars 2 developers are planning more exciting boss battles

While some bosses in Guild Wars 2 offer an exciting battle, so there are some bosses who only by a large pool of life and static mechanics. To change that, the developers at ArenaNet set a reconsideration and revision of the bosses on their to-do list.

Those who dare pass through some creepy vaults or in deep waters of Guild Wars 2, which does often to end up fighting against a powerful boss. Here, players meet exciting bosses like Kholer or Gigantus Lupicus that can make its diverse mechanisms have fun. However, not every boss in Tyria is a formidable fighting machine that you poses a serious challenge. Some opponents have indeed had a huge pool of life requires a lot of endurance, along with some static mechanics of the boss but does nothing - how boring.

Game Director Colin Johanson has reported on the official forum of Guild Wars 2 and makes a statement about the issue. The developers at ArenaNet plan all bosses and creatures in the MMORPG for 2013 on their fun content check, and to revise them if necessary, and to introduce new and exciting mechanisms. The fights against powerful opponents will require different tactics and more than the boring tank and spank offer. Gives the contribution of the Johanson boss battles in Guild Wars 2 on the official forums. This really is War! & ArenaNet is Winning

ArenaNet talks about their success in the war against Bots.

Mike Lewis, Security Coordinator for Guild Wars 2, wrote a blog post revising players on the existing war against bots in the gw2 gold game. In the post Lewis goes a little into how ArenaNet is combating bots, although the most amazing info is the challenging stats.

In just the month of November ArenaNet terminated over 34,000 accounts for botting. That is a whole lot of dead bots, but is all of that making a difference in the war? I would say most certainly yes! The number of bots reported in October was over two,000 each hour. Today there's around 20 bots reported an hour. Down to 1% of what it was just two months ago!

Lewis stated this was attainable due to all the data that ArenaNet collects & analyzes. They check out the data for both normal players & automated bot players to speedily find and hunt down bots, a process that ArenaNet focused on making automated to expedite those dastardly bots' defeat.

The bot fighting process isn't 100% automated but. GMs still roam the world and are able to monitor & detect bots directly from within the game. ArenaNet also continues to use player bot reports as well, which with the GM tools & data analysis tools enable for a swift action when crucial. So while the war is going primarily well, players are nonetheless able to help keep the enemy at bay.

Guild Wars 2′s Wintersday event also brings World vs World changes

Christmas isn't just a time for goodwill to all men, obsene alcohol consumption & for a present providing Asura to prance about Lion's Arch. 'Tis also the season for kicking the snot out of rival server dwellers.

In tandem with Guild Wars 2′s Wintersday event, ArenaNet will be tweaking the game's WvW battles; a process which they have detailed on their forums.

Alterations incorporate the game now treating disconnects as immediate kills. Death penalties will be applied, & any opponent they were fighting will be credited with XP & loot as per a normal kill.

Walls and gates have also been overhauled, & can no longer be instantly rebuilt when destroyed. Instead they must first reach 10% health, with attackers nonetheless able to damage the incoming structures before they hit that mark.

Finally, events will be added. According to their designer, Matt Witter, "Break Out Events are particular WvW events that will take place when a team has lost control of all defensive structures, not counting supply camps. An NPC commander will crop up in the team's start vicinity and an event will start that prompts players to gather around."

"Once adequate gw2 gold players are in the commander's presence he will summon his trusty dolyak to give all allies in the location full supply. He will then lead the charge to the nearby objective & give players protection & assist with building siege to assault the objective with."

"Those benefits, in tandem with a defensive boon that he applies to all nearby allies, makes the attacking players a force to be reckoned with. Defenders will have their work cut out for them, as once the gate or wall piece is destroyed the commander will move to the tower lord inside and attack any one in his path."

These tweaks will ultimately be followed up with a bigger round of alterations, due in February.

Guild Wars 2 complications bans for Snowflake exploit

Guild Wars 2 players have earned permanent account bans for taking benefit of an exploit introduced in the Wintersday getaway event.

The exploit allowed players to craft items utilizing 1 ectoplasm - a uncommon ingredient - after which salvage them to get two in return. In the wake of the exploit's popularisation, the sector fee of ecto was seriously lowered, although ArenaNet moved fast to close the gap.

As is to be expected, the game's forums and other discussion destinations like Reddit are chockers with banned players arguing that the approach was not an exploit, or that they had no way of understanding it was an exploit, and mourning the loss of hundreds of hours of gw2 gold game progress.

ArenaNet is unmoved.

"Any time you take 1 factor & can make 2, and then four, after which 16 - ya gotta know that is just incorrect," assistance liaison Gaile Gray wrote in response.

"& to perform that action hundreds & hundreds of times? That is called exploitation, and that's against the User Agreement, the Rules of Conduct, and all that is holy."

Enormously reports this really is the second round of mass bans handed out in response to exploits; after the very first incident, ArenaNet unlocked countless banned accounts, but warned that it would not do so once more.

"We've been more than kind, in the past, and everybody needs to own up to his/her errors & recognize: We all are part of the Guild Wars 2 gold game economy, and individuals who exploit it are hurting the rest of us. Exploit closed. Worst offenders terminated. That's what has to happen to make things right for all of us," Gray added.
